Invincible: Guarding the Globe has received a new update, just in time alongside the airing of Season 3 of the Amazon Prime animated series. Three episodes of S3 are out and while you’re waiting for the rest of the five episodes, you can check out the characters in the game already.

The Update Brings New Characters, Artefacts and More

The big new addition in the update is Cecil’s Nightmares. If you’ve been keeping up with the show, you know Cecil Stedman has had his fair share of stress managing super-powered disasters.

So, the update brings new levels inspired by the chaos and threats he’s been dealing with. The plotline is straight from Season 3 to Invincible: Guarding the Globe.

The new characters are Kid Omni-Man and Multi-Paul. They are also straight from Season 3 of the show. And the new artefact is the Medical Headband. It’s a handy little device from the Global Defense Agency that keeps your heroes alive by healing all allies in its area of effect.

Inspired by Season 3, Invincible: Guarding the Globe Has a New Way for You to Earn Rewards

It’s the GDA Pass. Basically, you complete daily missions, GDA Ops or participate in Alliances to earn Pass Tokens. These tokens let you advance through the GDA Pass and unlock different rewards.

There are three different passes to choose from. The Hero Pass gives you access to different heroes, including new ones. The Artifact Pass hooks you up with crafting parts to build or upgrade artifacts. And the Progression Pass helps you level up faster by giving you XP and gems.

The update is also adding more leaderboards. So, probably now is the perfect time to dive into Invincible: Guarding the Globe, especially with the ongoing Season 3 of the show. Grab the game from the Google Play Store.
