About The Crystalized Relic
The Crystalized Relic is an Enchant Relic with a special mutation. It functions just the same as a normal Enchant Relic, but it does have one special use. You need one of these for the orange altar in Keeper’s Secret. This is one of the seven altars you need to fill to unlock the Rod Of The Exalted One.
How To Get A Crystalized Relic
Unlike many of the mutated relics you need to unlock the Rod Of The Exalted One, you can’t get the Crystalized Relic just by appraising an Enchant Relic over and over again.
To get a Crystalized Relic, you need to get one straight from the source, and that’s by catching one with a Crystalized Rod. This rod has a small chance that anything caught with it might come out Crystalized, so you need to catch a Relic with it, and get a bit lucky.
So, how do you get the Crystalized Rod? We go into this in more detail in our Fisch Crystalized Rod guide, but let’s go over it briefly in case you just need a refresher.
- Head to Northern Expedition.
- You need a Glass Diamond and a friend who also has a Glass Diamond.
- Head to the Crystalized Rod, frozen in ice halfway up the mountain.
- Each stand on one plate either side holding the Glass Diamond. This should break the ice around the rod.
- Once the ice is broken you can buy it for 35,000C$.
