Witness a Butterfly’s Effects in Visual Novel Adventure Reviver: Premium, Now Out

Reviver: Premium is now out on Android. A narrative puzzle game developed and published by indie studio Cotton Game, it landed on Steam for PC players a couple of weeks ago. The game’s premise as well as visuals are quite unique.

What’s the Story of Reviver: Premium?

The story is about two characters who cross paths and how their lives become intertwined. You do not play as any of these characters. Interestingly, you play as a tiny force of nature—a butterfly. You play as a matchmaker for these two star-crossed lovers.

Every little thing you do, every small nudge, changes their lives in ways you wouldn’t expect. From their carefree youth to their twilight years, you get to shape their journey. You are their Cupid while also giving a subtle nod to the butterfly effect.

The gameplay of Reviver: Premium is also interesting. You get more than 50 puzzles and mini-games, each one cleverly tied to the story. The challenges are woven into the narrative, revealing secrets and connecting you deeper to the lives of the protagonists.

The game’s interactive environments are alive with animations, making it feel like a storybook. And undoubtedly, what sets Reviver: Premium apart is its artistry. The hand-drawn illustrations are stunning, full of tiny details.
